Tournament Schedule

The tournament will be 3 rounds of 18 holes.  We will try to have the course open for practice as many days as possible in the week leading up to the tournament, but details are still being worked out.

The Crucible will be open for play on Wed, Thurs, and Fri of tournament week.  
Cost is $5/person for non-tournament participants.  If you are in the tournament, suggested donation is $5/person :-)

Wed Oct 29 - Noon until dark
Thu Oct 30 - Noon until dark
Fri Oct 31 - 10am until dark

Saturday, Nov. 1

Check in 7:30-8:15 am
Mandatory players meeting 8:20 am
If you have not checked in by 8:15 am, you lose your spot in the tournament and your entry fee will not be refunded. We strongly encourage you to check in on Friday!

Round 1

Lunch will be available at course.  Please plan on eating at the course, whether you purchase ours or bring your own.   You will be tired, won't have a lot of time, and there aren't a lot of restaurants near the course.

We will be taking Lunch orders at check-in on Friday and Saturday, and have it waiting for you when you return from Round 1 

6" deli subs (very filling) by Little Italy - $5 for sandwich and chips  

Your choices (garnished with lettuce, tomato, onion - condiments on the side)
1. Ham & Cheese
2. Ham, Cheese & Salami
3. Italian Special (ham, cheese, salami, proscutino, capicola, & mortadella
4. Turkey & Cheese
5. Roast Beef & Cheese
6. Veggie (mushrooms, parmesan, green peppers, black & green olives, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mozzarella)

We'll have some drinks for sale, but it's not our priority, so you may want to bring some extra.

Speed putting contest for prizes and to qualify for Sunday's putting final will be during lunch.

Round 2 will start 1 hour after end of round 1

Sunday, Nov. 2

Gates will open at 8:30 am.

Round 3 tees off at 10:00 am Remember that the time changes on Saturday night, so you'll have an extra hour to sleep

There will not be a Sunday players meeting. 

After the round (and before awards ceremony) we will have Putting contest finals, tournament style (qualify on Saturday), plus Ring of Fire, which is open to anyone there, not just tournament participants.

Biggums Bar-B-Que will be on site for lunch on Sunday. $6 pulled pork sandwich plus chips and drink, $9 pulled pork plate combo which includes two sides, meat, bread and drink.


Award ceremony and presentation of trophies will follow.
